“Everything is going good”

“Everything was great, I was worried about the food and never had any issues. In fact, the food was better than other resorts with higher ratings. Fun fun fun. Party vibe hotel”

“the resort wasn’t bad but some of the employees was very nasty and don’t understand anything”

“The staff is kind and clean the room everyday!”

“Ground Floor Rooms are not a good idea especially those closest to the ocean. They can be more noisier also. We had to switch rooms because we were lacking heated water for some reason. They switch us to a top floor without any issues. Everything else was top notch and relaxing. Lobby bar was a nice way to wind down after a long day and relax.”

“good”

“Love the people and the facilities. Will return. Just do not fall for 90 minute conversation about buying into Hyatt. It took over THREE hours. Wouldn't take no for an answer! Get the butler service!”

“My butler Dionisio was the greatest he made sure everything was truly taken care of without hesitation.”

“I adored this resort honestly. I was just not super happy with the quality, temperature and options of food at the buffet. I don't eat pork or beef and that was 95% of the protein their and food was always cold despite the tine of eating. But other than that, it was amazing.”

“This is my 3rd time staying at the property and I have seen how maintenance has degraded and staff happiness is not the same. Still a good place, but not what it use to be.”

“Bring multiple bottles of bug spray, the mosquitoes are on steroids. My poor wife has to have over 100 bites on each one of her legs. She can’t sleep at night bc she is so itchy, I wish somebody would’ve told me before we went here how bad the mosquitoes are, the other part I did not like is the beach was closed the entire nine days we were here. we went on an excursion and from talking to other people their beaches were open. I don’t understand why ours was closed. You fly all this way to come...

“The staff was sweet but this was definitely my least breathless.”

“We had an amazing stay, everything was streamlined and easy to understand and access so we were able to relax.”
