“This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!”

“깨끗한 객실, 욕실, 친절한 직원 !!!!!!!”

“직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다.”

“Some of the deal staff weren't very friendly and at times rude to my children and I. It made for an unpleasant stay for 4 days!”
