"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

"Rooms are spartan but clean, showers don't get quite hot enough and the beds collapse a bit towards the middle - if you're used to firmer mattresses, sleeping here will be a bit of a pain after multiple days. But the hotel is extremely well-situated, the wifi is blazingly fast, there are good places to eat and stores within easy walking distance, and it's a very budget-friendly option to be staying in the heart of NYC."

"Breakfast was VERY expensive. Then when we realized a small cup of coffee was $7.00, we paid and left before ordering a meal. The morning staff was visibly upset. The evening bar staff was so much fun. Made us feel very welcomed. Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff and baggage help were all very accommodating."

"Second time staying here. Nice location very close to Subway. Hotel is by no means the plaza but good for the price. Rooms are large and have private bathrooms. Air conditioning and TV are nice and work well. It never did find the ice maker even though there was an ice bucket in my room. Could not call front desk because the phones were not working. Small coffee maker available in the room. Would be nice to have a small fridge and or microwave. Fine stay will likely say again. Walkable to helpful stores like Duane reade. On street parking available."
