"This hotel almost became my go-to for stays in Boston for all the good reasons: the location, the service, the restaurant on the second floor, the spacious room… yet there is a real deal breaker: the continuous noise in the property and the bad sound-proofing. I was waken up at least 10 times during the first night as there will be noise going on and off forever (sounds like plumbing or electricity of some sort), not to mention you can hear everything in the hallway. Might because of the property is old? It does seem the furniture choices are good but the actual experience doesn’t keep up. The water temperature in the room is also a bit inconsistent."
