"Decent location, clean hotel and room. Front desk staff were all polite.
Room service came daily to refresh our towels and make the bed.
They supply a coffee station in the room with 2 disposable cups and 2 ceramic coffee cups. However, the several days we were there, they never replaced the disposable coffee cups, coffee pods or creamers that I used. The ceramic coffee cup I had to use sat near the coffee station dirty for 2 days.
They never replaced the toilet paper.
I had to request all of those things from the front desk.
They offer coffee and tea in their lounge 24/7. The 4 times I went in there, the creamers were empty and the last time, they said they ran out of creamers and they would be delivered the next day.
Do not buy the prepaid breakfast. There is a restaurant next store that they give you the vouchers for, if you prepay. The vouchers get you a separate, very limited, breakfast menu that states, "no substitutions, no additions." My husband could not get toast with his eggs. It was absurd. The female servers there were terrible. Although, the manager was very good.
Too many little inconveniences to ever return to this hotel."
