“5 stars. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The parking was free and so was breakfast! The hotel is located near the convention center and you can walk several blocks to get to The Terminal, an area with restaurants, breweries, and putt putt golf. We felt safe walking through the neighborhood. The other destinations we were seeing in Pittsburgh were close to the hotel. ”

“all the staffs are well organized and sincerely treating guests. It's an exceptional experience and makes me feel Pittsburgh's atmosphere. Evening foot is a surprise and great for gathering a group. Highly recommended”

“The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and so friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the pool was clean, the bar and restaurant area were clean and the staff in those areas were fabulous. Debbie at the front desk and Lisa in the restaurant area were fabulous. ”

“No bath robe, no slippers, no water. Too dark and a bit smelly.”

“I like that the staff was friendly and polite. I also like the size of the room as well as the buffet breakfast. Something I did not like was that the air conditioner filter was a little dirty. Another thing that I like is that the Hotel is pet-friendly. ”
