“투베드 2박을 예약했었습니다. 체크인 시 키를 받아 방에 들어가니 침대가 하나 뿐인 방이었습니다. 다시 카지노 건물의 체크인 하는 곳으로 가서 문제를 제기하니 죄송하다며 다른 방 키를 주었습니다. 받아서 다시 호텔 건물로 와서 문을 열어 보니 침대는 두 개인데 다른 사람의 짐이 들어 있더군요. 황당하고 화가 났습니다. 다시 카지노 건물로 가서 항의하니 착오로 방이 바뀌었다며, 그 방에 들어”

“Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!”

“새로 지은 건물인듯 했습니다. 모든게 깨끗했고 침구도 포근 했어요. 마음놓고 음식을 해먹어도 된다고 체크인 할때 설명을 들었도.. 원하면 필요한 도구들도 빌려주겠다고 흔쾌히 설명해주셨습니다. 음식을 해먹을 수 있는 곳인데도 룸에 냄새가 나지 않는 것도 좋았습니다. 저희는 레이크 타호에서 휴가를 즐겼는데 그리 가깝지 않는 거리가 유일한 아쉬움이었네요”

“As advertised, no surprises. We did the after-hours check-in, which was a little unusual, but worked well enough. (Arrive at main office, call number on the door, live person answers and provides you with a lockbox number and the code to get into that box. Walk around to the side of the main office building to find a cupboard full of a dozen or so lock-boxes. Would stay again.”
