“Great stay overall! The hotel is new, so everything felt clean and modern. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Amenities like the pool were a nice bonus. Breakfast was okay (about a 6/10), but everything else made up for it. I would definitely stay again!”

“Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation.
