"Booked the hotel because they offered shuttle service. No one was in the lobby when we had to leave and there was no shuttle driver to be found.
Our flight returned on Sunday. Called for the shuttle and they don't run the shuttle on Sunday!!! Consequently, we had to find another means of transportation.
Also, the furniture in the room was dilapidated. The only positive was bed was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly.

"Everything was kind of "meh". There were potato chip crumbs and a lost earring in the pull out couch mattress. The breakfast wasn't open early on Saturday when we needed to eat, and the coffee in the lobby was empty. On Sunday we were able to get breakfast but they only had one person making omelets so it took 45 minutes to get ours. I wouldn't pick this hotel again."

"Desk clerk was not welcoming. Not sure she said hello, just asked the questions she needed answers to in order to check me in.
But, I did have a problem with double booking and I think the manager took care of it right away.
The bathroom ceiling was peeling. Breakfast was unsatisfactory-waffle dispenser was broken, coffee was cold."
