"There’s no air conditioning whatsoever, and Scotland does, despite its reputation, get hot in summer. There was no way to cool down the room, as the windows were stupidly restricted to open only two inches. Neither my wife nor I could sleep and this is not acceptable for a hotel that costs close ..."
