“The hotel and its staff were excellent. However, there was a major soccer game the evening that we stayed, and we were not able to park on the property, but had to park a mile away. The hotel staff said that they reached out through Expedia to send us at least two separate messages talking about the soccer game and that we would not have parking. “호텔은 고풍스럽고 아름다웠고, 전통 영국식 아침식사도 훌륭했음. 다만 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 교통이나 쇼핑은 조금 불편했음. 객실은 아름답지만 아주 많이 좁음. 호텔 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있고 그 정류장에 공항버스도 섬”

“셀프 체크인 시스템이라 처음에 조금 당황했는데 직원분이 친절하게 설명해주셔서 쉽게 체크인 완료. 숙소는 너무 크고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 아침식사가 없고 편의점이 멀어서 조금 아쉽기는 했지만 나머지는 다 만족합니다.”
