“The whole hotel outside and inside was so outdated, dirty, grubby, dark and dull. Everywhere you went both inside the hoel and outside there was more dirt, smelling of damp and really neglected and rundown looking! On our arrival the room we reveived was the worst we have ever stayed in and I had booked the Superior room and the fact the hotel suggested it was a Superior room was a disgrace! “We are a family of 4 and arrived after a day of travelling we checked in and the first room given and a smell of urine. Room was changed but still not enough amenities in the room. Paid for breakfast & it finishes at 9am where staff were unfriend when we just arrived before 9am. then the staff rushed off for breakfast. paid over £ 10 per breakfast per person which was not worth it.”

“Staff was kind and friendly. Our room was not clean, the sheets were stained and it was a very dark, dingy room with a view of a parking alley and no water. There was absolutely no parking. Rather than telling us they offered valet they had us drive around looking for parking (there is none that’s not max 2hrs that we could find).
