Bathroom could be cleaner: found hairs in the sink as well as on the sheets. Location is very convenient if you're planning on visiting the national parks. However, if you're going to Miami, you will be battling lots of traffic."

"Property is very run down. Def not the standard for Hyatt that we're used to. Everything was falling apart inside the unit and common areas. Room was given to us filthy. With hair and stains on the sheets. Staff doesn't care to help, and just there to clock in and out. Would never ever stay there again. And it wasn't cheap either. More like a 2 star than a 4 star property and service. "

"We enjoyed our stay in downtown Miami. There were so many engaging things to do, see and eat within walking distance! We went to the water and watched boats for hours. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location was excellent!"
