"This was everything that we hoped a stay in Tuscany would be. The property is Iocated in a stunning location, the kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was clean and full of traditional charm. We had a meal in the attached restaurant that had a varied menu and the food was delicious."

"Compared with hotels in Asia, the amenities here are relatively basic, as slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. My only other observation is that the bathroom is not completely sealed off from the room, unlike what you typically find in hotels in Asia. As a result, sounds from the bathroom can be heard quite clearly in the room, which can be slightly uncomfortable. Also the position where the shower head located is not ideal. I wet the whole floor on my first shower!"

"The room was beautiful and the location is fantastic. Loved the farm to table concept at the hotel and really appreciated the amenities in the room. Breakfast was incredible and would highly recommend. Overall a great stay!"

"Our stay was perfect. We were given an upgrade due to the fact that it was our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and they work hard at pampering all guests. Property and rooms are extremely clean. Not sure if we went at a good time but the hotel was not crowded at all. Easy access to spa and other amenities which are also super clean. Loved our stay here, definitely the best hotel stay we’ve had"

"great property with staff and reception ready to help wt a moments notice. Awesome pool and a gorgeous view of the hillside. Also features a beautiful sunset scenic view. Many bugs in the area and some may get into the rooms."

"Stayed for one week family of 4, 2 kids ages 9 and 4. We had a great time. Staff (Gulia) was super helpful was waiting for us late for our check in as our flight was delayed. The apt was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had enough detergents, towels everything a family with kids would need. My husband and daughter played tennis everyday. Kids played ping pong and at the playground and we enjoyed the pools so much! We had an excellent dinner at casa masi for my birthday too. Just a fee minutes away by car to coop to buy some groceries. Overall it was an excellent experience"
