"Good location for attending gigs at The Anvil, Forge or Haymarket venues and free parking if you have a car make this a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and welcoming with a good shower and welcome tea making facilities."
"Breakfast is very good - buy it at reception it is cheaper. The choice and freshness is excellent. Probably the only budget chain that offers guacamole! The sausages and bacon are better quality than a Premier Inn
If arriving late at night, the walk from the car park is pretty horrible. (Albeit, the parking is cheap)

"Paving in garden area uneven. Coffee not always available in some bars. Pond needs warning signs, and safety features for young children. More towels needed in room.
Reception lady with blonde hair, on arrival, not very friendly.
On breakfast, food luke-warm, bacon and scrambled eggs dry and tasteless. Plates cold and had to chase cutlery and plates not cleared."
