โBooked here because it was a short journey to Covent Garden and theatres, complimentary drink on arrival room was lovely modern and clean again complimentary water in the fridge staff were great a solid 5*โ

โThis was a great place to stay. Everyone was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable and not too small. We got the package with breakfast included, and it was fabulous (see picture). โI stayed in this hotel for 3 days. firstly, the well dressed room was amazing. All the hotel is decorated with the Victorian and Edwardian style. Furniture was old, antique. however, it was clean and well managed. The room was not tidy. Also, the bathroom with beautiful bath tub was spacious enough to be relaxed. โVery clean and tidy with good kitchen equipment.. Excellent communication from the staff during our stay. Close to train from airport and getting around and an easy walk (15 minute's to most.). Plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and a great grocery store about 3 minutes walk. In house lift and laundry. Highly recommend this place for your stayโ
โWe are a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed here for 12 nights. It was just a perfect place for us I could say. The apartment was so spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, even a balcony. And they provided lots of things like dish washer, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dryer. It made us feel home away from home.
There was certain things that needed to be repaired or replaced - shower head and knob, door seal gasket of washing machine, and couple of doors...
โPerfect location with Tesco Express and the Barbican Stn nearby, the room was clean and the receptionists were nice as well. Heating and cooling system was working well, had cooking utensils and pots, pans everything. Very nice hotel to stay if you are planning to stay in london for a longer period of time.โ
