"Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Vienna. Handy for the station but also really quiet. Growth, grocery shops nearby kitchenette, washer-dryer, incredibly comfortable bed, really lovely space, great bathroom, great breakfast. Almost worth going back to Vienna just to stay there!"

"Two night stay, couldn't be closer to Wein Hbf (Vienna central train station). Walking distance to Belvedere Palace. Clean rooms, quiet, helpful staff, the three we staff interacted with spoke English. Easy to pick up a tour at the train station. If our travels take us through Wein Hbf, will stay again."

"I really don’t want to sound that grumpy, but there are pros and cons for this hotel. Smooth check in, not that clean room, as I had no asthma attacks for years, and after I entered the room I struggled breathing. The same happened on the 2nd night, so I asked to vacuum clean the floor and this was accommodated. Not sure if it was placebo effect but I could breath in the room. Very noisy room, could hear traffic, people outside until 2am (for 3 nights) at 6am rubbish removal, road traffic restarted etc. breakfast is basic, but not that bad. The staff would benefit from training on how to be friendly. A little smile would not hurt. No need to chase customers and recheck the room number especially if it took awhile to be seated. The rooms are not cleaned by default and you have to ask for this at reception. "

"The lobby and dining area is very attractive, with lots of natural light. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Everything that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The room was not exactly charming, and there was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable enough, and I was never disturbed by noise."

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "
