"We specifically paid more for a room that has a safe, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker and air- conditioned. We didn’t find a safe in the room and when we asked they didn’t apologize, their response was, not in every room has a safe. Not acceptable specially that we paid for it. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned. You have to ask for a box of tissue, you have to ask for ice from the bar and they will give you a glass full, I asked for two glasses, they gave it to me because the whole country was going through a heat wave. They do not have ice buckets. The staff is nice and helpful, the location of the hotel is great, near central train station. The room was cleaned as per my request daily and supplies were replenished. In general, we liked the hotel, the location & the staff and we will stay there again if in Vienna."
