โThia hotel was really nice. In a very quiet area in Isle of skie. I loved the landacape, the old building and how they repserved everything. It is true it doesn't have elevator but it is not a reason to discredit all the plus and how comfortable they made us feel. Breakfast was really good and service exceptional. โ
โSleeping in a distillery was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. A complimentary whiskey in a room was a pleasant surprise. Island is very walkable and views are amazing. The only downside is room was on a small side but it worked for us since we had two smaller bags. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. โ
โOverall, a great lodging in the heart of a quaint community. It was just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and a grocery. (BTW, if you arrive late, like we did shortly after 8, either quickly make to a restaurantโmost close their kitchens by 8:30โor do what we did, go down the street toward the grocery near the water's edge and pick up things you can cook). โThis was a beautiful rural property with lots of character. the road in was a single lane road with lots of potholes, but once entering the property the driveway was great with easy parking. rooms were large on a courtyard configuration. On site restaurant served excellent food and staff was outstanding . The complimentary continental breakfast was awesome and a lot more then we have experienced in other establishments. An outstanding stay and will highly recommend.โ
โI simply can not say enough good things about this place. From the wow upon arrival to the sadness of having to leave. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent. We stayed 4 nights and went on many adventures while on skye. We had a wonderful time!!โ
