“It is a very nice suite . . nicely furnished . . spacious . . and really impressive.”

“They cancel my reservation without telling me. They didn’t help me with a solution and I had to figure it out by myself.”

“Un sitio limpio y seguro”

“Overall, it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. It has a good restaurant with a very good breakfast, and it also serves lunch and dinner. “Everything was great except the noise at night. Even with all windows closed you can hear the music from parties all around the block. Especially on Sat-Sun! Horrible if you want a good night sleep. It’s a pitty bc it’s a very nice hotel.”

“😡 I originally made a reservation & paid for 16 days. However, I left this hotel early because my doctor finished up some treatments early. The hotel manager said he would give me a hotel credit for the 8 days I left early. I liked that idea because my wife visits Quito a lot. However, the hotel manager LIED to me & my wife. The manager refused to give me any sort of documentation that stated we had a credit for 8 days at that hotel. Expedia even tried to contact them but that was of no use....

“Empleados atentos”
