“This place was absolutely amazing.. I would highly recommend this place to anybody, especially if you’re a traveler with unique taste and don’t like staying in cookie cutter hotels…. This place has all the touches of any five star hotel… and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Staff was super professional and always willing to help with any situation and or resolution.. whoever owns this hotel is truly a gem.”

“Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms was perfect with a lovely view off the balcony. Easy walking distance from Quitos main attractions and museums. Some great restaurants just around the corner. The breakfast with a lovely host who gave you information on all the exotic fruits that may be on your plate. I would definitely stay here again.”

“So happy found this gem in the Centro Historico. It’s located in easy walking distance to most of the sites of the Centro Historico. Miryan was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. Her staff were wonderful and kind and the Hotel is very clean despite being historic. Breakfast (included) each morning was coffee/juice, fresh fruit, fresh eggs and local bread pastries. We stayed in a *spacious* “family room” loft room with lots of wooden access - our 2 kids got to sleep in...

“지금까지 다녀본 중 가장 완벽에 가까웠던 호텔! 호스트 아주머니가 굉장히 친절하고 지식이 많았으며, 정성을 다해 도움을 주셨다. 모든 스텝들이 다 친절하고 정확했고, 든든했다. 아침식사는 다녀본 호텔 중 가장 훌륭했으며, 방도 넓고 천장이 높아 답답함이 없었다. 게다가 건물 자체가 1500년대에 지어진 의사변호사집이었더 곳으로, 너무나 아름다웠다. ”

“at first. you can hear everything what your neighbors do. you are able to know next room user's do, use a toilet, take a shower, even their talking. if you open a bathroom's door, you can feel with, right beside them the second. staffs cannot speak english at all. but its not problem. they try to use google translator. problem is they dont know about any information. transportation, tour, major attractions... and they seem to kind. but i dont know. i can speak spanish little....

“Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!”

“IT'S A HOSTAL. I know I know, its listed as a hotel but, it's indeed a hostel. No TVs, no AC, no dressers to put your clothes away. Now...LOCATION is a 10, safety walk to restaurants, bars and the lively downtown area. STAFF 10. Front desk staff were patient and accommodating to the best of their ability. FOOD... 10. No need to go out (of this hostel) for a delicious, made to order Ecuadorian breakfast. The grounds are very pretty and the waterfall view is incredible. I'd recommend this HOSTEL...

“Great stay for the proximity to the airport. Shuttle was on time and very quick. Check in was delayed due to one staff person doing everything (checking in guests while also physically going to the room to make sure it was ready), but that's a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was one serving of scrambled eggs, bread with the local soft, white cheese, watermelon, coffee and a thick juice. I liked it. No buffet style like in the USA.”

“The cleanliness of the rooms were OK. We did notice that there wasn’t enough hot water for a shower so you wanna keep an eye on that. Another thing I want to comment on is the shuttle service. It’s actually a taxi. It wasn’t big enough for our group so we had to take two trips charging more for each trip.”
