โThe room was really big , bed was comfortable loads of shops round about and lovely gardens to explore. Only bad thing was the parking there isn't any for the actual hotel . You have to take your chances in the car park up the road or park in the street beside the hotel which is limited time โ
โRooms were great, exceeding expectations considering its location in the countryside and cheap price.
However, the owner should not be so aggressive about inconveniences caused by guests.
If he thought we were too loud in our rooms, the owner should have simply said so.
Barging in to our room without any warning or properly announcing himself(he just opened the door and came in his bathrobes) was unacceptable. Proceeding to then waving/pointing the end of his walking stick at his guests' faces...
โWe were initially very tensed as we are going to Europe for first time. Communicated with the owners (Karen & George), they were very friendly and eased our anxiety. Karen met us after we checked-in and she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and daughter liked the glamping area very much, its safe. I highly recommend if you are planning for a trip to Loch Ness and need a small private atmosphere.โ
โExceptional property, beautifully restored and decorated. Lovely common room for use by guests. Host was very friendly and available. Short walk into town (10 minutes) and only a bit further to a beautiful sandy beach (15 minutes). Delicious breakfast with barrista made coffee and option for home made bread.โ
โWe stayed just one night, but wish we had time to stay longer. Check in was a breeze and the staff were lovely! They were super friendly and welcoming. We received a great recommendation for a dinner place from them. We also enjoyed the decor and the feel of the hotel. It is definitely unique and beautiful. Also, breakfast was FANTASTIC! โWhat an absolutely beautiful place! We loved our room; it had so much character. We appreciated the kettle and coffee/tea in the room, the included breakfast; the restaurant on site, the wifi and the available parking. The grounds are also beautiful; you can sit at the tables along the river and admire the castle-like building. I wish we could have stayed longer. โ

โOn arrival, we were made welcome. The food was amazing / fresh to order. We ate in the evening / breakfast. The staff were very friendly indeed.
Good parking and private. Nearby Nairn Beach which we visited and beautiful.

โRoom came with hot tub & balcony which was a great experience with good views of the golf course, beach and lighthouse. Standard room and shower room - was like staying in someones spare bedroom rather than a hotel. Good experience!โ

โGreat situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean the only thing that is a let down is the bathroom itโs a bit outdated found the shower slippy and no where to put your shower gel and shampoo. The bed was high and the linen was immaculate and very comfortable, a proper princess bed.
Location is walking distance from shops, restaurants and the quaint harbour.
Breakfast was tasty and well presented.
