"First trip to New York and I was super nervous. We got there at 9 pm after they just had a surprising busy day due to a Jayz concert but we got valet easy and during check in I got the pleasure of having Gezennia. She was exhausted but was so helpful and patient. I had alot of questions and she helped me understand everything. I was by far blessed to get her that night. She didn't have to be as helpful as she was, she went above and beyond for me. Dont be scared to ask questions"
