“We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend”

“We loved the pool, the sun sets and our ocean looking cabin. If all you want is relaxation - this is a place for you 💯. We would have loved a TV in the room especially with kids but there was none. Transportation from the hotel to other areas was quite expensive and also you needed to pay for passes when you get into the park even though you have a reservation. They explained that because it’s a national park. The restaurant closes early too. Staff are very friendly and helpful - a shout...

“Absolutely perfect! Beautiful room! Fantastic restaurant delicious food! Best beach lounge chairs in the hotel zone and the pool makes the beach club exquisite. This is my fourth time to Tulum this year and my favorite hotel. Honestly, I could not have been more pleased with the property the service and especially my absolutely stunningly beautiful cabin. I definitely will be back!”

“Villas de Rosa is a hidden gem. The location is right on a beautiful quiet beach with great snorkeling right in front. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. The beach bar has great food and amazing staff that make you feel comfortable. We will be back regularly! ”

“The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!”

“Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”
