“We loved our stay. Perfectly located for a Cardiff city break. We will book again”

“Friendly enough gent once we found him to confirm our on-line booking & get key. Stairway up to the rooms in main building is very steep and narrow. With mobility issues priorly mentioned it was odd that they assuumed this would work...NOT! My wife nearly fell on 3 occasions. There was toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, & poacher...some milk, eggs, tea, juice, 6 eggs, lil bit of butter, (expired, crystalized honey), open sugar pot, a lil tub of open corn flakes, 5 pieces bread...no...

“Room was small but well equipped and great for my needs, staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing.”

“It's on a spectacular road of large Victorian houses & the room I stayed in was in keeping: it was large & high ceilinged. It & its shower room were very very clean. The welcome was helpful & friendly. I hope to stay again in the near future.”

“Nice p area by river. No shops nearby. No staff .0ther than 1 person helped me get room. Never saw him again . Couldnt get tv to work and ajdjacent rooms particularly above mine noisy also noise outside.No local information. Poor value .”

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”
