“This makes probably 6 th time here. I like the place”

“The only draw back was the unknown when room was book of extra fee even you should get it back. Still waiting for this to come back. In my opinion there was no reason for this fee.”

“We didnt even stay there because of smell and there was electric outlet without a cover on. Exposed wires and 2 year old doesn't match.”

“We chose this property because it had 7 stars on Expedia. When we arrived, the front desk associate was kind. There is no elevator. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The AC vent was broken. There was a hole in the wall from the doorknob. The bathroom ceiling was peeling over the bathtub. There were stains on the sheets. The chair in the room was completely covered in stains. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Overall, it was very uncomfortable.”

“Pictures on website do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. This area is infiltrated with people who enjoy recreational drug use and smoking. It is in a very central location with all stores and freeways nearby. Room was NOT up to my expectations however, the bed was comfortable and sheets and linens were clean. Continental breakfast is coffee and carbs. Absolutely ZERO fruit or protein. Staff was friendly. ”

“The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa.”

“The property was clean. However, be aware that there is no elevator to 2nd floor and the first floor was not ground level. Had to use small set of stairs to get to first floor rooms. No coffee in the room, which is unusual these days. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental. It was okay. All in all it was an okay stay. Main thing is it was clean and convenient for a one night stay.”

“So, this is my second stay here. I was here just 6 months ago and had a bit of a different experience this time . Parking and getting to the lobby is easy here, and checking in went fast and smooth. I was given my room keys and off I went . Upon reaching the room at quick glance it looked ok, but once you really start looking, the place is showing some pretty decent wear. “This hotel is run down, smelly, and dirty. Outlets in the room didn’t work and there are basically no amenities at all (no shampoo or conditioner just one little cheap soap bar . It was quiet and the bed wasn’t the most uncomfortable one I’ve slept on but the pillowcases had makeup on them So we covered the bed with our own towels. Ok if you are trying to find somewhere cheap to just sleep for the night but don’t expect much else. Front desk people were nice and there was plenty of free parking...

“No complaints at all! Well priced, staff are nice, the facilities are brand new and the rooms are clean as can be.”

“We stayed one night, came by late, there did not use the pool. Staff was super friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great! First place to have ground meat, corn tortillas, onions, shredded cheese, tomatoes, to make tacos. Scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, slices of watermelon... Staff on duty cleaned up our plates after eating, walked around asking people how everything was... Also handed out chocolate treats.”
