“It wasn’t what I expected at all. Upon arrival it was cute on the outside. The room was a big open dated space. I was surprised to see title floors and not carpet. Which was okay considering I didn’t see any bugs thank goodness!!! BUT, the door/lock knob to the room was a typical door knob you’d have at your house. I didn’t feel safe at all. “When I booked the room. The airport shuttle ran 24 hr per day. They have changed to 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Had to take s Uber yo the Hotel. Booked the hotel basen on free airport and cruise terminal shuttles.”

“I trusted Expedia reviews and this place turned out to be one of the worst place I’ve stayed in. Our room was decent but still dirty. The hotel carpet needs some upgrade. We had to run out to grab breakfast due to the buffet ran out of food and was a 20min wait. The staff at the front desk was rude from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. Overall would not recommend this place until they improve the basic amenities a customer looks for.”

“Great location an clean rooms, but breakfast didn't meet basic expectations. Coffee didn't taste good and breakfast quality was poor and limited to instant oatmeal packets and synthesized eggs and sausage. Breakfast and coffee definitely need an upgrade to healthier options with homemade selection and fresh fruits. We had to go out everyday for breakfast.”

“관광도시가 이유였겠지만 미리 지불한 비용 외 추가로 지불해야할 금액들이 계속 발생 했습니다. 세금을 제외하고도 1박당 서비스 비용과 상당한 금액의 주차지용이 발생했습니다. 수영장에는 햇빛이 잘 들어오지 않으며 적정온도로 관리되고 팄지 않았습니다. 또한 따뜻한 물이 담긴 별도의 공간도 없습니다. 그 밖에 방 청소와 아침 식사, 그리고 와이파이를 이용하는데 우리는 만족했습니다.”
