“It is located in an area of town that didn’t feel the safest”

“There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. ”

I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. ”

“We had a terrible experience at this property, so much so that we checked out after only a couple hours on site. The room was absolutely unacceptable in terms of cleanliness: stains on all the furniture, dirt and hair in every corner and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The whole propery is run down. The staff, however, was incredibly friendly and helpful.”

Went to go figure it out and it seemed like the main man didn't want to take responsibility for being the person that checked me in and chRgWe gave them time to figure it out during our stay, to which they did, but something fishy is definitely going on.
