“The staff make this hotel I have stayed there most weeks for work purposes for the past 3 years . Chelsea on reception usually checks me in and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome like getting me green tea or hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee.”

“This hotel has great staff and plenty of options for food within walking distance My only moan is the rooms that are at the back facing the road get a lot more traffic noise than the front Especially loud motorbikes at 2am going past”

“Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok.”

“A very pleasant stay Room was lovely”

“The Manor house was a lovely convenient hotel for an evening at The ICC came back and went to The Cellar bar which was lovely too. Biggest disappointment was getting ready in the evening and standing in a cold shower before getting ready for an evening out or shower in the morning before breakfast, then to be told in the morning when spoke with reception staff the boiler was not working in the evening or morning, some communication about this would have been nice.”

“Nice hotel good amount of car parking. Nice fountain.reception entrance very welcoming .staff lovely very helpful. Room was clean snd tidy bed was comfotable.soa fab”
