Staff very friendly and helpful. Good full Welsh breakfast, lighter options also available. Good varied dinner menu (we ate there three times). The dog was made as welcome as we were, and we hope to return.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I highly recommend booking.”

“Rooms were clean, well appointed and were massive. The wardrobe being situated in the bathroom is a little odd. The parking is charged at £13 per night so quite pricey. Breakfast good, bar area nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

Breakfast choice very good and delicious. Our only complaint was the noise in the beer garden. The weather was really good, and so, attracted people (guests & non guests) to the beer garden. Music stopped playing at 1110, however, a number of people remained until approx 1am and were so loud, they (non guests) were asked by staff at...

“Lovely staff, fast food nearby. Dont be fooled by thinking its a short walk to the train station! (Google tells you to walk along a dual carriageway) the station does however have free parking. Or a 20 minute walk through an industrial estate. A convenient hotel for anyone going to concerts or events in Cardiff.”

For our stay, the air conditioning in the room was a bonus, as it was during a very hot spell. We didn't watch the TV, but it looked to have everything you might need on there.
