"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the Hakone area. The staff is beyond kind, amazing buffet/food, very clean, beautiful and spacious rooms! I hope I get to stay here again. They have a shuttle from Odawara station to the hotel. The only downside is it’s not directly IN Hakone, but it was convenient enough to get around with the shuttle service. The staff was so welcoming and kind. Can’t wait to stay here again!"

After staying in Tokyo this place was amazing for our family because of the space alone! The property is around an 8min walk from the end of the Hakone Pass cablecar and the ropeway connection. It rained most of our stay but there is a nice outdoor table set and a lot of japanese anime comics (in Japanese) in a lovely takana room with bean bags.
