"Hotel was under renovation. We were informed prior that the pool was under renovation but not the entire hotel. Most of the 3rd floor was under construction. There were rooms on the second floor under construction. The carpets were dirty and WiFi was intermittent. Front desk was helpful and allowed us to cancel our reservation and provided a full refund. Perhaps it will be better in the future. "

"Bathroom toilet was not cleaned nor flushed. Someone had used it, not flushed. My 5 year old daughter went in as soon as we walked in the room and told us about it. I was offered to change rooms which meant I would have had to drive another mile back to the main lobby to get new card. I decided to clean the toilet and flush it myself. VERY bad, yet a simple thing that should not occur."

"Breakfast was mediocre, hot chocolate was cold had to ask them to reheat. Iron in the room didnt work, thermostat wasnt working in room. Hot tub was hot pool was nice n warm. Cleaning lady dian acted like the hotel towels were hers when i refused room service and jus said i needed new towels she was very disgruntled. "

"The hotel was dirty and there was so much construction going on period I'm happy that I got the insurance.I'm looking forward to my refund.I had to leave and go to another hotel."

"All very good; Staff particularly friendly, courteous, and professional. Kyle went out of his way to accommodate our needs. ."

"Parking is fine. They do t change sheets or comforters unless you make them. "

"Overall a great hotel. Comfy beds, great bkfst buffet and plenty of parking. Very secluded and quiet. Great for weddings and conference. "

"Theyre undergoing renovations so its not quite up to par in the Lobby area. The in-room phone didnt work in our room, the toilet ran ( needed to jiggle the handle to make it stop), the hand-held adjustible shower head did not have a stop and it didnt fit the bracket. Due to renovations, there was no ice machine ( the restaurant did accomodate us and bring some up. There is no refrigerator in the room, havent seen that in loooong time. Getting out and back to the main highway wad a challenge. Decent eatery next door though."
