"The hotel is an older building and it is undergoing a renovation. What made me give 5 stars was the attentive, professional, and responsive staff. I found this true in every interaction with staff-from the front desk to the cafe. I was not happy with the initial room assignments and I was able to move to another room without any hassle at all and with offers of help moving. Really great staff"

"There is no small coffee maker in room, no fridgerator, no microwave in room no alarm clock, no amenities. Door locked but no security chain on the door. Room was clean and orderly, staff was very friendly and accommodating, we did not eat breakfast there, parking was easy."
