“Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the hotel a little. However, I was very disappointed with the handling of my lost item inquiry. When I contacted the hotel, the front desk simply instructed me to send an email. Despite providing a detailed explanation by email, I did not receive any response whatsoever.”

“공항 가기전에 혼자 잠깐 들린 호텔인데 낡은거 제외하곤 서비스 수준이나 관리상태가 매우 좋았어요 직원들이 엄청 친절했음”

“Close to airport and gas stations.”

“Breakfast was great, but the hotel's design concept was confusing and a bit chaotic. There were also no basic amenities like a bathrobe or disposable slippers, which felt more like a 3-star experience. They only provided one complimentary water bottle instead of the usual two, which was a bit disappointing. The front desk staff weren't particularly professional or warm — not sure if that's just a European thing. Overall, next time I'll probably stick to a major chain like Hilton or Marriott.”

“공항 접근성도 좋고 잘 관리되고 있는 느낌이었습니다.”

“The breakfast wasn't specified free or not. First day with just coffee & 2 croissants I paid 18 Euros, 2nd day before I checked out I had coffee & a croissant nobody checked if I paid or not so twas free breakfast 2nd day. I like it its towards conscious of the environment- green!”

“최고의 아침식사 중 하나 하나의 메인디쉬를 선택할 수 있고 자유롭게 콜드 디쉬와 파이를 집을 수 있습니다.”

“Reception and Breakfast were highly excellent. I recommend staying for the visitors in Penta Hotel.”
