The communication & follow-up was excellent. The apartment has self check-in & the instructions were seamless. The room was spacious, clean & very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. As expected, parking was tight, but did not detract from the overall value & benefits offered. We would definitely stay again!...

“The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel. “A flight was canceled at the nearby airport so I was thankful to have a shuttle service available, i believe 24 seven. The property was clean and they offered snacks and coffee prior to breakfast opening at 6 AM for those that had to catch an early flight.”
