"I had a great time. I just don’t like that there wasn’t an elevator near the center quad area to reach 2nd and 3rd flea. You had to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. Other than that it was fun."

"The hotel location was great - walkable from downtown. The hotel vibe was great too and rooms were nice and newly renovated. Really captured the Palm Springs vibe ✨ Only thing to mention which was actually very annoying was the noisy and loud A/C - too hot to turn off and too loud while running. It was hard to get some sleep"

"It's Hilton, always good. Couldn't ask for better considering the price. Property was to be as expected . Parking was challenging since most of it was in the rear. Carpets could use some attention but overall I'd stay there again. And this coming from a former Hilton maintenance staff member ."

"We had a very nice experience at The Westin Rancho Mirage overall. The resort has a beautiful environment, and the pool area was perfect, especially for families with kids. Our kids really enjoyed the arcade in the evenings, which was a great way for them to have fun after spending the day at the pool. The main disappointment was the additional resort and parking fees that appeared on our final bill. We were not informed about these fees during check-in, so it was frustrating to see the extra charges at the end of our stay. I think these fees should be clearly explained to guests when they check in. We stayed on the first floor of Building 7, and another issue was the noise from the room above us. Early in the morning, we could clearly hear the upstairs guests walking, and the noise was loud enough to wake us up. It may be related to the age or construction of the building. Despite these issues, our overall experience was great. We really enjoyed the resort, the pool, and the relaxing atmosphere, and most importantly, our kids had a wonderful time. We would consider staying here again."

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a very tiny pool on the condo side along with another pool that was pretty small as well. The best pool is where Spencer's the restaraunt is located. Much bigger pool with more space to hang out. The room was nice. Big bed, with a mini kitchen. It had a dishwasher, sink, full size fridge. Bathroom was standard and functional. The AC was my only complaint. It worked well, but it was VERY loud and woke up my wife several times throughout the night. Even woke me up a few times a heavy sleeper. Location is great. The AC noise was the only issue."
