"Amazing hotel! The staff on reception were very helpful at check in, the room was immaculate and the view of Fuji, well that’s something else!! Highly recommend spending the extra on a mountain view room. Amazing onsen and breakfast buffet was lovely. Would 10/10 recommend a stay here."

"We enjoyed our stay - the rooftop with a view of Fuji was excellent! Location was nice too, a bit of a walk from the train and the shuttle was only available if we waited 30 min - that was the only bummer but we ended up walking and all was fine."

"We felt like part of a welcoming family!!! The staff were beautiful especially the lovely lady in gift shop who showed us how to make paper cranes!!! Food was sensational and the onsens were beautiful. Such a special location deep in the mountains and away from hustle and bustle Highly recommended for a restful break"
