Every detail was thoughtfully curated. The provided pajamas and slippers added a luxurious touch, and the hot tub and sauna were perfectly prepared for a relaxing evening upon arrival. It felt like a seamless blend of nature and comfort. In the morning, we were treated to a beautifully prepared traditional breakfast delivered right to our cabin—an unforgettable way to start the day. The staff throughout our stay were phenomenal—genuinely kind, attentive, and always going above and beyond. What truly solidified this as a standout experience was their extraordinary service after checkout. In the rush to our next destination, I accidentally left behind my bag containing my passport and wallet. After contacting the hotel, the team went out of their way to personally deliver my belongings to our next location. That level of care, honesty and dedication is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend Sense Fuji enough. If you’re visiting Mount Fuji—or Japan in general—this is an absolute must-stay"
