"全体的に満足しています。 ただ、ホテルの入り口前にある2車線の道路と人が通る歩道が狭すぎて少し危険に見えます。 温泉はとても良かったです。"

"후지산역근처라 기차로 와도 편하고 차로 올 경우 넓은 주차장을 이용할 수 있습니다. 특히 4층 옥상에서 후지산을 바라보는 뷰가 정말 멋집니다. "

"The room is huge but very very old and dirty. Hopefully the hotel will keep clean more to meet at least the standard of the hotel criteria. We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him gone error and dont know how to check in for the guests like that. Also on the checked out day, i was surprised a lot when came back to the room at 9.20am after breakfast that my room was open widely. At that time my belongings and valuable things were spread in the room. I felt terrible with this hotel security and service a lot. And i will not come back here again. "

"아주 만족합니다. 특히 루프탑에 있는 로텐브로가 아주 멋있고, 날씨가 좋으면 후지산 정상이 보입니다. 또 로텐브로 입구에 야구르트나 아이스크림을 무료로 서비스 해주고, 아침 식사도 규모에 비해 좋은 편입니다. 저녁 9시 부터 주는 반그릇 무료라면도 맛있습니다."
