โThe room is spacious and have the Mt. Fuji view.They also offer free shuttle service between the hotel and Kawaguchiko station. The driver is very nice and can communicate in English. Very good!โ
โStayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay โ
โThe location is somewhat remote but there are 2 convenience stores right close to the road, even walkable. The entrance of the hotel is somehow quite narrow but even novice driver would be able to pass it. The kind and old lady helped the check-in and it was easy. I booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents and they are quite different in terms of design. โThe room is huge but very very old and dirty. Hopefully the hotel will keep clean more to meet at least the standard of the hotel criteria.
We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. Due to this, made us tired even more to wait for him to finished checking in job around 30mins. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him...
