“Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this hotel. Giving it 2 stars because the room itself was okay I booked a five‑night stay and had a travel delay, so I called the hotel repeatedly to let them know. No one ever answered. I had to contact my third‑party booking site, and they were able to reach the hotel’s reservations department, who noted my late arrival. “We actually did not have breakfast and never went to the bar this trip because we had a late check-in and had early plans. Have stayed here several times and will again in the future.”

“The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.”

On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. We arrived and only had 1 shower for 10 people and the property was 30 min further than planned. There was nothing given in return for the inconvenience or extra miles or time it placed on our trip.
