โLovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. โThis property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If youโve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! โ

โWe would strongly recommend that you stay in this guest house if you are in Matsumato. It is historic and ideally positioned in an older part of town. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was large, comfortable and extremely clean, with an excellent bathroom. โ
