Alps Azumino National Government Park Tours

Great location, friendly staff. Room was nice and the amenities were great. Like the surrounding areas. Close to train stations. Excellent choices for breakfast. Will return to same hotel before leaving Japan. Lots of options for food in the area, few convenient stores .

Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

We stayed at this hotel two summers in a row and had an equally wonderful experience both years. We booked two rooms and messaged the hotel in advance to see if we could get rooms next to each other. Luckily, they were able to accommodate our request. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Many convenience stores and restaurants located within a block or two of the hotel. There are many subway stops located within a 10-15 minute walk. The location was excellent. We greatly enjoyed the washer/dryer in each room, as well as the detergent that was complimentary in the lobby. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The safe in the room is small. It fits items such as passports and wallets, but not iPads/laptops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo.
