"When I first got there, I was placed in a room with a broken toilet and a non-working phone when I got to my other room I called the front desk and requested for more cups and towels and ended up never receiving them. Also they claim they do room service every other day so if you’re there for two nights, I guess you don’t get room service so I just had trash sitting. And the same sheets from the previous night."
