"There is a refrigerator in the room, but you will need to purchase items to have inside. You can walk on path through the woods to small stores for drinks and snacks. Boat arrives before checkin time, and after checkout time. Be prepared for that. Breakfast starts at 7:00. Staff is very friendly and helpful."

We left one day before, because we needed to fully enjoy our time of vacation. Perhaps, not only for this hotel, but for all the hotels in las Islas del Rosario, the transportation is a scary ride, way too many people in the boats."

"We were honored to be the first guests after Isla Azul’s reopening under new management. The hotel manager Pedro is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. The restaurant chef whipped up delicious local favorites, made to order, and the piña coladas were nice and cold! The hotel was still in the process of renovating during our stay, so I expect that...
