"We absolutely loved this property. Beautiful views of Loch Awe right from our apartment, which was built in the 1630’s. Plenty of space in the apartment with two bedrooms, a lounge and a small kitchen. The property hosts could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We ventured into the small bar both nights to find it crowded with many friendly locals. We had an absolute blast talking and having fun with these folks. "Perfect for a night in Oban! This charming B&B was located up the hill away from the noise and crowds yet walkable to everything in town. Parking was right in front of the house. Thomas the owner was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room and adjoining bathroom which was up on the second floor was bright, modern and squeaky clean. Rooms are stocked with coffee, teas and shortbreads. Breakfast was lovely and delicious! Pretty much all options were available including but not limited to...

"The Good: Great location! Really amazing view. Very roomy. Very pretty. Pub at the bottoms of the steps is superb. The Bad: Don’t book in the summer. It heats up 10+ degrees hotter than outside and takes hours to cool down at night. We came in August and it was sunny and 25 def outside which translates to 35 deg inside according to our portable thermostat. Kitchen is really poorly stocked.
