I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the property’s condition did not match the images provided on the Expedia booking site, and I found the overall environment to be in urgent need of renovation.
During my stay, I noted several significant issues:
- Guest Room: The bathtub was rusted, and the surface was peeling.
- Lobby: The furniture at the front desk was cracked.
- Hallways: The carpets throughout the hallways were visibly dirty.
The discrepancy between the online representation and the actual state of the hotel resulted in a very poor experience from the moment I arrived. I hope you will take these concerns into consideration as you plan future improvements to the property."
