“This hotel is not far from modern facility and rated just three stars.”

“The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. The room also had a weird smell. They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, I didn't have any issues with parking (it...

“We were initially placed in a hallway where construction was taking place, and the room was quite dusty. Thankfully, we were able to move to a different floor, which was much nicer, although it was right next to a very loud elevator. The pool area was beautiful, but the layout was inconvenient. “Part of pool deck roped off and the jacuzzi that kids are allowed in wasn't hot the last day. Room has very tiny double beds (seemed smaller than the double bed my son has at home). Otherwise nice setting and convenient location. Waterslide was very fun and staff were great!”

“Terrible old type guest room, food, service, reservation system, and extra charge without guest agreement.....In summary worst hotel in the world.”
