The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins.
It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer!
The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous.

"Koloa Landing was wonderful. The grounds offered a tropical paradise setting, and the pool was the best I have ever scene, both in the layout as well as the size. In addition, the back lawn overlooked the ocean to help set the best setting. I highly recommend this place to anyone."
"Loved the ocean view from my room. The room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful to all my questions. Most importantly to me was that the walls were thick or insulated enough that i couldn't hear any of the adjacent neighbors through them. "
