"The Grand Hyatt staff did an amazing job during our stay - from Tom, the concierge who planned our tours to the entire hotel team, they provided excellent service and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time. Our ocean view room was perfect and very private and we loved the onsite restaurants. We would definitely return! The resort location is perfect. "

"The rooms were clean but the property is run down in a few areas. Customer service was good but one of the ladies at check didn’t appear to like her job. I don’t have her name but she was the middle aged blond lady. Everyone else was wonderful. "

"We came to Kauai to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing. The staff added little touches to make our stay special and everyone was so friendly. The food was amazing and the property is quiet and clean. 10/10 will definitely stay here again and consider Sheraton for future trips elsewhere as well."

"Overall 10/10 stay here at Kōloa Landing. I hope to come back and bring my whole family next time. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our week stay on Kauai. Poipu beach was a short drive or walk away, plenty of food options and a quaint area to stay. The property was phenomenal, beautiful grounds, amazing pool. We did not try the grill located on the grounds but did use other amenities. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!"
