โWe had an amazing mini-moon right after our wedding and couldn't have picked a better bed and breakfast for our getaway. Catherine and Mick were wonderful hosts who made us feel so welcome, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They even had some prosecco waiting in our room when we arrived, just like I had asked, and they decorated our room so nicely. It was a truly special experience! The breakfast is amazing and it is such a lovely little hotel. Thank you so much.โ
โEnjoyed our stay at the Coastal Waters very much. Lovely, clean and relaxing place. The Manager Raaj was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Harbour and beach that has all the amenities for a holiday. Will stay there again๐โ
โLiz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). โI liked the old world charm of Southern Cross, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
The bed was comfortable, and there were some nice touches such as strawberries to put on our cereal at breakfast, home-made marmalade, and nice biscuits on the tea tray in our room. We appreciated these.โ
โI love this little pub - second time Iโve stayed here while passing through. The owners and staff are lovely, the food is nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the area is stunningly gorgeous - Iโve been on some great walks along the Dart River and the other way onto Dartmoor. Itโd be a great place to stay for a walking trip. โ

โFirst time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. โ
โLovely hotel, nice sized room, nice sized bar with lounge area and pool table, central location close to town centre, harbour and pier, lovely indoor pool, staff really friendly and helpful, evening entertainment as well, really good value for money, i will book again at some point in the near future but will make sure im not staying right next to the lift as its noisy up until 12am and again from about 6am the following morning.โ
โDog-friendly whether as a solo traveller with dog, or larger group. Staff at reception and others I saw very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly. Garden (not enclosed) at rear of hotel, with bin for those with dogs, or over the road at front of hotel, both had seating. If you have mobility issues, steps at front and rear of hotel, handrails present, and a lift inside hotel.
Hotel room had twin beds, was clean and had soap and towels, hair dryer, TV, tea and coffee...
โWe stayed at Brandize Guest house with kids . Our Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Beach was only 10 minutes walk . Fabulous breakfast with variety of options. We arrived at the property bit early Tim and Vicky let us check in early .They are very welcoming and very kind . I highly recommend this Guest to anyone with kids . โ
