โNothing to complain about really, cheap clean, did what it said on the tin....food/beer/service were spot on...been here before when i was in the area so a no brainer to choose it again โ
โI really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our room was very clean. Housekeeping came round every day. Shower facilities were very clean. If I was to add anything it would be some outside seating area.โ
โHad a fab time staff are all lovely. Room was clean with a comfy bed loads of tea and coffee in rooms and nice biscuits.Fire alarm went off a few times after coming out the shower but staff were at door within seconds to make sure we were ok must be very sensative alarm.
The breakfast was amazing with great choice hot and fresh plenty selection hot or continental. Dinner was amazing and liked you could get half portions of some of the main meals. The bar staff were lovely and friendly. The pool...
โThe location is perfectโright in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.

โReally loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. โ
โEverything would have been excellent but even though we had hung the โplease clean my room โ hanger on the bedroom door we returned one night to find it had not been doneโ
